No. KitchenRush can deliver every order via on-demand. In-house drivers save you $1–3 per delivery on easy zones.
What about delivery fees?+
You set the fee guests pay. KitchenRush sets the fee you pay the driver. Margin is the spread — typically $2–5 per delivery.
How fast is dispatch?+
Median 4 minutes to driver acceptance. 90th percentile is 9 minutes. We surface the wait as you bump the ticket.
What if a driver no-shows?+
Auto re-dispatch to the next provider. Guest sees the updated ETA. You see the alert if the total delay exceeds your threshold.
