Manage your team's dashboard access

Invites, per-section permissions, resending credentials, and safely removing people — the full Team tab reference.

Updated July 4, 2026

Everything about who can see what lives in Labor → Team. The model is simple and strict: team members see the sections you grant, nothing else.

Note: Labor (and Team with it) is part of the Growth plan — available during your trial's full access and on Growth or higher. On Starter after the trial the Labor section is locked, so team-access management isn't reachable until you upgrade.
Heads up: One known gap to be aware of: the older Customers, Inbox, and Leads permission boxes don't currently light up the consolidated CRM section for a team member — those grants won't show the CRM tab yet. If a team member needs customer/inbox/leads access, grant them the sections that are wired and check what they can actually see; this mapping is being fixed.

Granting and changing access

  • Invite with an email and name; position and hourly rate are optional. They receive a temporary password and sign-in link.
  • Permissions are per section, view or view-and-edit. View lets someone watch the Orders queue; edit lets them work it. You can change a member's permissions any time and they apply immediately.
  • Didn't get the invite? Resend it — a fresh temporary password is generated and emailed.
  • Removing someone deactivates their access while keeping the records tidy. The system refuses to remove the last workspace admin, so you can't lock yourself out.
Heads up: Money actions are owner/admin territory regardless of grants — a team member with Orders edit can work the queue but cannot issue refunds.
